Customer Service Backout Credit The purpose of the Customer Service Backout Credit (CSBC) is to provide a credit to customers on their service bills if they elect to take Electricity Supply Service from an ESCo or as a Direct Customer under our Retail Access Program.

The credit rates presented below will be used to calculate the CSBC applicable to any customer who purchases their electricity supply from an ESCo or as a Direct Customer.
